This year was the 1st time Ernest celebrate his birthday in school. So I decided to bake some cookies for him to share with his friends and teachers.

I baked white chocolate chips cookies and used the mickey & minnie mouse mould.

In the process of making the dough..

I chilled the dough for about 1 to 2 hours in the fridge.

After chilling, I added white chocolate chips and mix together.

Here are the ones ready to put into oven for baking...

Not very nice though. Lol.

Tadah.. fresh from oven. The cookies expanded and the mickey & minnie look out of shape. -__-"

Not near to perfect though. But still trying. Good news that hubby bought the electrical bowl mixer. So I can use it next time! =D
