First attempt of baking pineapple tarts by myself.  With just 5 simple ingredients.  Flour, butter, condensed milk, egg and pineapple filling.

I bought those ready made pineapple jam. This is the melt in mouth recipe. So the pastry is quite soft. I rolled them into really small size so that we can put the whole tart into the mouth at once! Yummy!!
